Ticket Policy
- Once confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Due to local market regulations in all banks in Qatar, we only accept Credit Card payments.
Waiver Policy
- Trampo Extreme waivers are required for all participants.
- Participants under the age of 16 must have their waiver signed by their parents or guardians over 18 years of age.
General Policies
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your time-slot to check in.
- No extension of time is available for late arrival. No refunds or discounts.
- QID may be asked for verification of age.
