What is the age limit for participating in these activities?
Jump: 6 years+
Climbing: 6 years+
Skytrail: above 135 cm
Soft Play: 1-12 years
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is advisable. We suggest making an online reservation to secure your preferred time slot and save time once you arrive to the branch. Click Book Now to check availability and book your session.
What is the cancelation policy?
Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.
Can I pay at the branch or is online payment required?
To confirm your online booking, payment must be made through the website. If you prefer to pay in cash upon arrival at the park, you can complete your booking at the counter.

What time should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive 20 mins before your time slot to check in. No extension of time is available for late arrival.
Are there any clothing or footwear requirements for these activities?
- Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, jogging pants, and t-shirts.
- Dishdashas, skirts, or dresses are not allowed.
- Remove any sharp objects like jewelry, belt buckles, or clothing studs.
- Only Trampo Extreme socks are permitted on the trampolines; shoes are not allowed.
- Shoes is required when participating in activities at the Climbing and Skytrail area.

Can I wear my glasses?
Yes, you can but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk.
